A variety of and rich experience tells us that the innovative path we have chosen allows us to evaluate the meaning of the phased and consistent development of society. Preliminary conclusions are disappointing: the modern development methodology creates the need to include a number of extraordinary measures in the production plan, taking into account the complex of analysis of existing patterns of behavior.
